Just had Mike and Bob close our pool for the winter, sniff sniff. They had great attitudes and answered all my questions. They explained what they were doing and gave suggestions as needed. Even though it started pouring rain, they continued to work without a complaint.

I have nothing but great things to say about the whole pool building experience with Recreation Wholesale. I love, love, love how everything turned out and love my pool.
From purchase through completion the various individuals and crews I worked with were awesome and so very helpful. Starting with Ron, the salesperson I dealt with who also helped me with figuring out layout and options for the pool. Landon of Schroeder Electric that Recreation recommended forr my electrician was great. Jimmy and the concrete crew were very efficient and hardworking dealing with some very hot grueling days. Travis the construction manager was quick to return phone calls/texts answering any questions I had throughout the project. The office staff (Cathy, Pam & Angie) were short of amazing and went above and beyond to help keep things moving and keep my completion date on time. Ozman, the fence contractor, did great work on my fence and making sure it meant all requirements for my HoA & Olathe even coming back multiple times to correct things that weren't working just right. Dan, Joey & Payton did a phenomenal job installing my equipment, my liner and going over how to use and maintain my pool & equipment. They were quick to answer any questions and deal with any minor issues. And lastly Joe the owner who worked with me to get the most reasonable deal on fencing, as well as, taking care of me when I decided to do some last minute upgrades after install.
The whole process went extraordinary, and I can't recommend the team and their contractors enough. The finished project was quick, on time and very reasonable. And they've all been a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was friendly, dedicated and truly willing to go above and beyond. Thabks again to the whole team!
